Orders & MOQ

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ for standard custom solar panels is 100 pieces per design. For smaller quantities or prototyping samples, please contact us — we offer flexible options for new customers.

Do you offer samples before mass production?

Yes, we provide pre-production samples for approval. Sample fees apply and are deducted from the final order. Typical sample turnaround is 5-7 business days.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard lead time is 10-15 business days after sample approval and deposit confirmation. Larger orders (10,000+ pieces) may require 20-25 business days.

Customization

What can I customize on my solar panels?

We offer full customization including: size (from 20×20mm up to 1200×1200mm), shape (square, rectangle, circle, custom), voltage, power rating, cable type and length, connector type, surface material (PET, ETFE, Epoxy, Glass), color, and logo printing.

Can I have my logo printed on the panels?

Absolutely. We offer custom logo printing and branding. Send us your artwork and we will include it in the sample for your approval.

What solar panel types do you manufacture?

We manufacture: Flexible Solar Panels (GEN-MN Series), Epoxy Resin Solar Panels (GEN-E Series), PET Laminated Solar Panels (GEN-P Series), ETFE Solar Panels (GEN-EF Series), Tempered Glass Solar Panels (GEN-G Series), BC (Back Contact) Solar Panels (GEN-BC Series), and Solar Charge Controllers (GEN-CC Series).

Quality & Certifications

What certifications do your products have?

Our products are certified with ISO 9001, CE, RoHS, and REACH. We use Grade A monocrystalline silicon cells with efficiency ≥21%. Specific certifications can be provided upon request for your target market.

How do you ensure product quality?

We have a multi-stage quality control process: incoming material inspection, in-production checks, final electrical testing (flash test), and visual inspection before packaging. Each batch comes with a QC report.

Shipping & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, PayPal (for samples), and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Standard payment terms: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via sea, air, or express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Our location in Shanghai provides excellent logistics access. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided in your quote.

What is your warranty policy?

Our standard warranty is 12 months for manufacturing defects. Flexible solar panels carry a 5-year warranty. Extended warranties are available for bulk orders. Contact us for specific warranty terms for your project.
